Delivery and Shipping policy
Standard Tracked 2-3 day is £4.95
Tracking information will be made available to you directly from the courier so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Goods will be left in a safe location if you are not available to receive the delivery.
Express Next Working Day is £6.95
Order by 12pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery.
It is a 2-4 working day service for a few postcodes in Scotland so please refer to the link.
It is a 2-working day service for orders going to Northern Ireland.
Please note: we do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Republic of Ireland
All ROI orders are sent out via an international tracked service which is 15 Euros. As an EU member state, customs and duty charges for ROI orders are included in the product price, so no additional charges will apply at checkout or on delivery.
International Orders
All International orders are sent out via an international tracked service.
Delivery times are dependent on the country your order is going to. Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times.
For deliveries to the EU, please allow three to five working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
For deliveries to the Rest of the World, please allow five to ten working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.

Customs and Import Duties
For orders to the EU, USA and Australia, all customs and import duties are included in the product price at checkout. No further charges will be applied on delivery for these destinations.
For all other international destinations, customs or import duties may be applied once the package reaches its destination country, and any charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Where We Do Not Currently Ship To
While we ship worldwide, we do not currently ship to (which may change from time to time): Afghanistan, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea & Sevastopol Regions), Venezuela, Yemen.
US Orders
All customs and import duties for US orders are now included in the product price. Your delivery will clear customs with no further charges applied on arrival.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products will be dispatched as indicated on the product page — we aim to have your item(s) delivered on launch day of the specific product. International orders may be delayed where shipping times vary.
Credit/Debit Card Checks
Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card, which might delay your order. This could result in a delay of up to 36 hours. If this occurs, we will inform you by email that your order is on hold.
Shirt Printing
Shirts requiring personalisation (for example, with name, numbers and patches added) may take an extra two to three working days before they are dispatched.
Orders With Different Stock Availability
If you have selected multiple items with different availability times (e.g. one item is on pre-order), we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.
Personalised Products
Many of the personalised items we sell are dispatched directly from the supplier and will arrive separately to other items in your order. Please allow up to ten working days for production and dispatch from the supplier. Therefore, a Next Working Day delivery will not be applied to these items. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
