Delivery and Shipping policy
Standard Tracked 2-3 day is £4.95
Tracking information will be made available to you directly from the courier so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Goods will be left in a safe location if you are not available to receive the delivery.
Express Next Working Day is £6.95
Order by 12pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery.
It is a 2-4 working day service for a few postcodes in Scotland so please refer to the link below before placing your order;
It is a 2-working day service for orders going to Northern Ireland.
Please Note: We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Republic of Ireland
All ROI orders are sent out via an international tracked service which is 15 Euros. Customs & duties charges are added and paid at the checkout.
International Orders
All International orders are sent out via an international tracked service.
Delivery times are dependent on the country your order is going to. Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. For deliveries to the EU please allow 3-5 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
For deliveries to the Rest of the World please allow 5-10 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.

Additional Charges for International Deliveries
Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Where We Do Not Currently Ship To
While we ship worldwide, we do not currently ship to (which may change from time to time):
Afghanistan, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine (Crimea & Sevastopol Regions) , Venezuela, Yemen.
US Orders
Due to recent changes to US import tariffs, all shipments are subject to duties.
These are calculated at checkout and are paid directly to US Customs & Border Protection, prior to your delivery arriving in the US. This means your delivery will clear customs with minimum delays with no further charges applied.
We greatly appreciate our US customers and our team are working hard to find a solution with our couriers which reduces the burden of import fees.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order products will be dispatched as indicated on the product page - we aim to have your item(s) delivered on launch day. International orders may be delayed where shipping times vary.
Credit/Debit Card Checks
Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which might delay your order. This could result in a delay an order for up to 36 hours. If this occurs we will inform you by email that your order is on hold.
Shirt Printing
Shirts requiring personalisation (for example with name, numbers and patches added) may take an extra 2-3 working days before they are dispatched.
Orders With Different Stock Availability
If you have selected multiple items with different availability times (e.g. one item is on pre-order) then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.
Personalised Products
Many of the personalised items we sell are dispatched directly from the supplier and will arrive separately to other items in your order. Please allow up to 10 working days for production and dispatch from the supplier. Therefore, a Next Working Day delivery will not be applied to these items. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
