Refund & Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.

How to Return Your Order

To help us process your return promptly, please include the returns form supplied with your order. If this is unavailable, please enclose a note containing your order number, email address, and the reason for returning the item.

Option 2: Return In-Store

Alternatively, online purchases may be returned in person to the Hibernian FC Store at Easter Road Stadium.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation.

Note: Items returned to the store will be forwarded to our warehouse for processing.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Personalised or custom-made products, including shirts with name or number printing.
• Underwear and certain hygiene-related items.
• Cosmetics.

⚠️ Important Notice: Shirt Printing

We are pleased to offer a shirt printing service and can print player names, family names, special dates, and other Hibernian-related wording where appropriate (e.g., player names, "Easter Road", birthdays, or other commemorative wording).

Please note that all personalised shirt printing is carried out at the customer's request and risk. Hibernian FC cannot accept responsibility for future player transfers, squad number changes, or other circumstances that may affect the relevance of the chosen printing after purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

Refunds & Processing Times

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item.
• Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges for items purchased through our online store. If you require a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.
